The initial pilot phase of RaySCALE accommodates a highly competitive cohort of 7 fellows. However, the leadership gap across Kaduna South’s 13 administrative wards remains large, with thousands of qualified youth seeking mentorship.
We invite bilateral aid organizations, corporate philanthropies, development financial institutions (DFIs), and civil-society networks to support or co-fund subsequent cohorts, allowing us to expand our seat capacity and deepen local economic output.
